Politico journalist Heidi Przybyla is in crisis after receiving well-deserved backlash for writing an alarmist article report about how a second Donald Trump term would spark a wave of so-called “Christian nationalism.”
In their lengthy diatribe published Tuesday, Przybyla and co-author Alexander Ward warned that Christians close to Trump were secretly plotting to advance America’s founding Judeo-Christian values if the former president defeated Joe Biden in November.
These “Christian nationalists” (a.k.a. traditional Christians), the two men write, represent an existential threat to the republic because they believe that America “was founded as a Christian nation and that Christian values should take priority throughout government and public life.
All members of all other religions can do it, but it’s horrible when the Christians support policies that align with their faith! Furthermore, it is wrong to love what made America great: its founders repeatedly acknowledge that without Christianity there can be no self-government.

Given her obvious inability to understand basic facts about the American founding and Christianity, it wasn’t shocking to see Przybyla present her madness to MSNBC viewers on Friday.
“The only thing that unites them as Christian nationalists – and not Christians, for that matter, because Christian nationalists are very different – is that they believe that our rights as Americans, like all human beings, do not come of no earthly authority; they do not come from Congress; they don’t come from the Supreme Court, they come from God,” Przybyla said.
His comprehensive remarks on the subject are equally morally and intellectually disqualifying.
Well, if only there was a historical document instrumental to the American founding and written by a founding father which contained the words: “We hold these truths to be self-evident, that all men are created equal, that they are endowed by their Creator with certain unalienable rights, that among these lie Life, Liberty and the Pursuit of Happiness.”
Przybyla’s defamation of the country’s majority religion is not shocking. Its turbulent history of push layered stories on the non-existent corruption among the judges of the Supreme Court respecting the Constitution and exaggeration The baseless rape allegations against Justice Brett Kavanaugh are more than enough to disqualify his credibility as a “journalist.” What’s hilarious, though, is how Politico’s hack continued to double down on his stupid hatred for America’s founding creed and his “reporting” in the hours following his MSNBC interview.
In a tweet posted to pro-life are “Christian nationalists”. .”

Przybyla continued to answer to critics of X throughout Friday afternoon, a desperate attempt to defend his absurd arguments.
