A publication (which will remain anonymous) which covered me quite frequently lately and which suddenly stopped. After looking into the matter, I discovered that my name had indeed been banned – a sort of internal embargo. Of course I was curious to know Why? What exactly did I do to suddenly deserve a ban? As I discovered, they claim I am a “Christian nationalist.”
Now, I’m a proud Christian, but I found it a little strange that a media hit was put on me for no other reason than I’m a Christian – because my show isn’t openly Christian. There would be nothing wrong with that, but we don’t really pray on the show (although maybe we should, given everything that’s going on in society).
Regardless, I’m not sure I have a problem with either term. I definitely consider myself a nationalist and I’m also a Christian. However, they say it in a much more sinister way. If you pay attention, “Christian nationalism” is everywhere these days. Suddenly Christianity is being vilified, vilified and attacked. It is presented in the same vein as white supremacy.
In February alone, major media outlets published numerous headlines about Christian nationalism. PBS published “What is Christian Nationalism and Why It Raises Concern About Threats to Democracy” Axios published “Poll: Most Americans favor Christian nationalism as its influence grows” (apparently we are currently taking polls and saying Christian nationalism is influential), NPR published “Support for Christian nationalism is strongest in rural, conservative states” and the New York Times published “Four Ways to View Christian Nationalism.”
This all came out in the last month alone.
This topic is also taking a Hollywood turn and now it will be shown on our television screens. After all, once the propaganda is disseminated, must get the Hollywood treatment. Apparently the man for the job is Rob Reiner. Reiner is directing a new documentary called “God and Country,” which shines a spotlight on Christian nationalism in America. On his press tour, one of his stops was CNN, and in his interview, Christiane Amanpour asked Reiner why he chose Christian nationalism as his next film subject. He responded by saying that over time, he realized how powerful and well-organized the movement had become: “I then realized that this (movement) had taken root much deeper and much deeper than I realized.” never imagined it. » Reiner believes that Christian nationalism is deeply rooted in society – and believes that it is a problem.
Now, I’m sure when you consider the myriad of issues facing our country today, what really concerns you is that there might be Christians who are also in love with our country. They are Christian nationalists. When you see the drug dealers, the illegal immigrants, the crime rates, the gang violence, I’m sure you think it’s the Christians we should be afraid of. It’s an absurd idea.

I believe this is yet another attempt to divide and brainwash Christians that has been going on for decades.
Once, the Bible was taught in classrooms across the United States, and teachers and students prayed in school. Then lawsuits were filed and it all disappeared, starting in the 1960s. Since then, there have been concerted efforts to divide and embarrass Christians about their religion. This push continues with more force; This is exactly what is happening again with the theme of Christian nationalism.
Hollywood is known for supporting initiatives like this. Believe it or not, they even go after Justin Bieber. Bieber, as we all know, was young and innocent when he came onto the scene, so he had all the potential to be a victim of evil in the industry. Sure, he went through an intense period of partying, but in 2018, he married Hailey Baldwin — and his world completely changed. He abandoned his reputation as a party animal, changed his habits and started going to church. It wasn’t and still isn’t the kind of story that usually circulates in Hollywood.
Hollywood has never been a fan of Christianity, so people attending church in the industry just can’t be allowed. This comes as no surprise to Justin’s pastor’s post online. Victor Marx took to social media to make a somewhat unusual, though understandable, request, asking Christians to pray for wisdom and protection for Justin and Hailey to draw closer to the Lord as people in the spotlight often face “spiritual warfare.” .” Hailey’s father, Stephen, shared the post, which sparked more questions in the comments. He has since deleted the post, and while we don’t know any further details, it’s obvious that some sort of spiritual battle is going on.
It seems that every time we get a glimpse of the truth, forces unite and more evil occurs. I can’t imagine the pressure Justin is facing, and I’m sure the hurt he’s experienced and witnessed in the industry is weighing heavier and heavier on his heart, especially as he strengthened his relationship with God over the years.
So, to anyone going through this type of conflict, know that Christians will stand with you if and when you are ready to share the truth. We will be there with you. We will pray for you – and for the whole world. Additionally, people who are not Christians will thank you, even silently, because they know that if Christians are seen as evil, there is something very sinister going on.
Pay attention, pray, and encourage one another. If we can come together in our faith, we can defeat more evil together than alone.
